What started Morgs on this journey of yoga? Why does she want to share yoga practice with you?

Nearly 10 years ago, I was struggling to find healthy coping mechanisms to aid mental health struggles. I was battling the management of depression and anxiety. I moved back to Ottawa and discovered hot yoga. My first class was messy and sloppy bu it was the first moment I had quieted the voices that were so loud and echoes through the walls of my head. In that instance I was hooked. Yoga has taught me gratitude for every little joy in life. Yoga has taught me it's okay not to be perfect at everything. Yoga has taught me to quiet the inner critic. Yoga has been one of the biggest blessing that has been brought into my life. The practice of yoga does not stop when you are off your mat. Yoga is a way of life. My goal is to help teach people to be kind to themselves, to guild them to gratitude, to empower them through movement.
